Well … No deal yet between Manziel and the Hamilton Ti-Cats, as there is apparently a bit of a disparity on the salary negotiations between two sides according to TSN’s Farhan Lalji:

 

Even though Lalji described the negotiations as being “far apart” Johnny took time to add his two cents about the situation

 

This doesn’t mean that the dealing period is officially dead.  According to Lalji, negotiations could possibly continue up until training camp begins, and notes that the Ti-Cats remain optimistic that a deal with Manziel can be reached.
